CycloWiz Wii Mod Chip UPDATE

leave a comment

Team Cyclops today confirmed that the CycloWiz is 100% compatible with the DMS and D2A Wii drive chipsets. Unfortunately, the CycloWiz Mod Chip is not compatible with the new and hard to find D2B chipset.

We expect to begin shipping the CycloWiz this Friday Feb 9, 2007 and we have also added the CycloWiz installation manual to our site for download. If you have still not placed a pre-order for the CycloWiz Wii Mod Chip then place your order today while supplies last by clicking here.

Quote:

It is unfortunately confirmed that a new drive chipset was just released. While it’s extremely rare for now (we had to fight two days to find one), it does exist. CycloWiz is not compatible with this drive (D2B). If you bought your console end of January of February, please make sure that you have a compatible drive before ordering or installing a CycloWiz. We’ll keep you informed about our research on this drive.
