The Wiikey Fusion is the newest device for Nintendo Wii by the Wiikey Team. This revolutionary device will allow you to play your homebrews from any SD card or DVD. The Wiikey Fusion will be compatible with any new versions of DVD drives as it is a total DVD drive emulator. And if you want to be really unique, you can even take your DVD drive out and run your homebrews and other apps directly from an SD Card!
The Wiikey Fusion works on every single region (PAL, NTSC-u, NTSC-j and KOREAN). There is a little region selector (dipswitch) on the device. Before installing the product, you flick a switch for your region and plug in the device and away you go! Like other devices from the venerable Wiikey team, the Wiikey fusion will work with every single homebrew from any world region. There are no patches needed, no fixes to homebrews, this device can boot any homebrew without errors. You plug it in, and forget about it :)
The Wiikey Fusion will also allow Gamecube homebrews from other regions to run flawlessly.
Don't like to solder? To be sure the Wiikey Fusion is 100% solderless, it comes with an SD card slot that you can use (you can route it to be an external slot hanging out the back of your console). If you have a soldering Iron handy you will need to solder just 2 wires from the Wiikey Fusion to the SD Card slot on the console if you would like to use the Wii's own Sd card slot. Any homebrew that works through DVD, will load through the SD card slot in homebrew format, including Gamecube homebrews!
Installation is a snap. Open the console, disconnect the ribbon cable, plug in the Wiikey Fusion, connect ribbon cable and re-assemble the console! The product is a fusion of the Drivekey product, and a SD card homebrew loader (which is a worlds first!).
